At Torshi Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unable to process returns.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All tags and labels must be intact
- Item must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Personalized or custom engraved jewellery
- Items that have been used or worn
- Gift cards

REFUND PROCESS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
