Torshi Mart delivers to all cities and towns across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
- Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–4 business days
- Other major cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas and smaller towns: 5–8 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Orders below Rs. 2,499: Standard shipping charges apply (shown at checkout)
- Orders of Rs. 2,499 and above: FREE shipping

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Pay when your parcel arrives — no advance payment required.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your parcel through our courier partner's website. For tracking help, contact us at 0315-7572045.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and re-shipping charges will apply.

DELAYS
Torshi Mart is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, severe weather, public holidays, or other events beyond our control. We will always keep you informed.
