3. PRICING
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Torshi Mart reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. By placing an order, you confirm that you are willing and able to pay upon delivery. Refusing delivery without a valid reason may result in your account being blocked from future orders.
5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at 0315-7572045. Once dispatched, our Return and Refund Policy applies.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and text, is the property of Torshi Mart and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Torshi Mart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
